Login Issues

• Reset your password using the login page

• Make sure your browser is updated

• Clear cache or try incognito mode

Domain Not Connecting

• Give DNS 1–4 hours to propagate
• Confirm CNAME is pointing to the correct URL

• Ensure SSL is enabled

Email Not Sending

• Confirm SPF + DKIM are green
• Verify sending domain in Mailgun
